The Job
Does that get you up in the morning?
- Administering our cloud infrastructure and clients
- Handling of customer and in-house service requests
- Managing the queue escalation of tickets to 2nd & 3rd level support
- Documentation of activities in the company’s in-house knowledge base
- Procurement and setup of IT equipment (clients, peripherals)
- Commissioning of Hardware (Office & Workplace)
- Maintenance of our CMDB (asset and configuration management)
Skills
What we’re looking for
- First work experience in system administration
- Good understanding of Azure Cloud Administration (SharePoint, O365, Exchange, OneDrive)
- First experiences with Azure Cloud Security Services
- Sound experience in using a ticket system and basic knowledge of ITSM processes
- Knowledge of supporting Apple HW products or Linux clients.
- Strong customer and service attitude, as well as an independent and high-quality work ethic
- German and English language skills at least on B2 level
