The Job

Does that get you up in the morning?

  • Administering our cloud infrastructure and clients
  • Handling of customer and in-house service requests
  • Managing the queue escalation of tickets to 2nd & 3rd level support
  • Documentation of activities in the company’s in-house knowledge base
  • Procurement and setup of IT equipment (clients, peripherals)
  • Commissioning of Hardware (Office & Workplace)
  • Maintenance of our CMDB (asset and configuration management)

Skills

What we’re looking for

  • First work experience in system administration
  • Good understanding of Azure Cloud Administration (SharePoint, O365, Exchange, OneDrive)
  • First experiences with Azure Cloud Security Services
  • Sound experience in using a ticket system and basic knowledge of ITSM processes
  • Knowledge of supporting Apple HW products or Linux clients.
  • Strong customer and service attitude, as well as an independent and high-quality work ethic
  • German and English language skills at least on B2 level
