Does that get you up in the morning?

  • Active design and further development of our cyber defense portfolio with focus on our managed service threat detection and hunting
  • Varied collaboration with different internal and external stakeholders on a business and technical level from requirements analysis to development and market launch
  • Regular exchange with our existing customers in the DAX environment as well as medium-sized companies and new interested parties in order to promote sustainable market success and continuous improvement of our services and products
  • Independent preparation and implementation of presentations and workshops
  • Contact person for customers with questions and requests regarding services and products
  • Support and coordination of Sales, Operations and Engineering as the central technical contact person in the company, in particular for feature selection and prioritization, design of processes for operations and service as well as development of sales material and product demos
  • Budget and cost responsibility
  • Market and competition analysis
  • Collaboration throughout the entire sales cycle

Skills

What we’re looking for*

  • Creative drive, innovative spirit, doer qualities and business acumen for the expansion of products, services and business models in the area of cyber security
  • Strong personality who can convincingly represent our services and products to customers, industry associations, shareholders etc. as well as within the company to employees and management
  • Ability to explain technical issues at various levels of detail in a manner appropriate to the target audience
  • Confident presenter and enjoy dealing with customers
  • Highly independent working style and active involvement in shaping targets in your own area of responsibility
  • Critical thinking, constructive and solution-oriented attitude, strong decision-making skills
  • Experience with product management and product development desirable
  • Success in sales of IT products and IT services an advantage
  • Knowledge of IT security is a plus, in particular Security Operations Center as a Service (SOCaaS), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Forensic Analysis
